On Hiatus
I’ve been on a three-year killer schedule of posting something weekly and I’m exhausted physically and mentally. The US election results have also put the future of my finances in peril so I’ve all but stopped any hobby related purchases. Stories and dioramas are very expensive to create, so I’m going to wait a while to test the waters to see where this bumpy roller coaster ride is going to go.
I’ll start posting little stuff, possibly tutorials on various topics doll-related after I get my much needed vacation. And I’ll also post the rest of the ‘K-Pop Me’ Episodes. I’m going to take some time off so I can get the magic back. I’ve lost that lovin’ feeling and it’s hard to do much of anything without it.
Thanks to everyone that’s commented on my site so far. I truly appreciate all your kind words. Thanks so much to all that have read any or all of my stories. You’re the best and I’m always in deep gratitude for your loyal readership. I promise to post fun things soon. I’m not going away, just slowing down the pace for a while. Let my pocketbook and fingers rest a while.

You deserve some time off from storytelling! I am always in awe of your extremely nice dios and the effects you put into a story. I don’t know how you do it! Get some R&R and come back refreshed!
Thank you so much Phyllis! JATMAN
Joann,
I’m so sorry to hear you have to slow down on creating your dioramas, but you have to take care of yourself. I hope things work out and you get the rest you need. I can’t say I won’t miss your stories, I love them. But you come before those.
Take care.

Thanks so much, no worries, it was only a month break. I’m back! JATMAN
I hope you don’t completely disappear from Doll creativity. Your stories and tutorials have inspired me so much.
I hope you realize how much you mean to all of us in the Doll world.
Thank you.
Robin
Part of me is sorry to see you go (I just discovered your stories earlier in the year and have been looking forward to them), but the doll collector in me completely understands. I’ve decided to stop buying dolls largely because of the financial strain, but also because of waning interest in new dolls.
I’m looking forward to seeing how K-Pop Me ends, and I can’t wait to see what you have in store for us in the future!
K-Pop is coming soon after the ‘Where I Shop For’ Series. in a couple of weeks. Thanks for your lovely post. JATMAN
